Mateo New York is a small operation of skilled craftsmen. Orders are shipped within 7-14 days. For merchandise not available in stock, the order can take up to 3 weeks to ship.

ORDERS

Orders may be placed via phone; (212)226-8315. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm EST. Orders can also be placed online at www.mateonewyork.com. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. For customer security purposes, when placing an online order all sales must be authenticated with a form of ID matching the credit card used. After placing an order you will receive an email from sales@mateonewyork.com to complete the authentication process.  Mateo New York reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Mateo New York. 

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping  is free of charge with FEDEX Ground shipping (5-7 Business Days). Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FEDEX (7-10 Business Days), for an additional fee. Mateo New York is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Mateo New York  is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Mateo New York  is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Mateo New York. If your order is sent back to Mateo New York by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. 

RETURNS

All sales are final.  Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original order by the discretion of Mateo New York. You are responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange. If you purchased a Mateo New York  piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from Mateo New York.
